Mrs. Kelly
This is my sixth year teaching and my third year teaching 2nd grade at Everett. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Lake Forest College. I then received my teaching certification at National Louis University along with a Master of Arts in Teaching. I also attended Benedictine University and received a Master of Education in Reading and Literacy. I am a certified reading specialist.
In my free time, I enjoy being with my family! My husband Mr. Kelly and I have a 6 month old daughter, Emily. We have been quite busy taking care of her and now we're getting ready to "baby-proof" our home as she becomes more mobile. I have three older brothers and a twin sister, all of whom live in the area. I love to cook and there are few things I enjoy more than reading a good book.
